8 Piston Big Brake Kit

This kit integrates advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continually refresh the brake pad surface during braking. At its core are extreme lightweight one-piece forged aluminum calipers, precision CNC machined from aircraft-grade billet. These calipers feature an opposed piston design, which enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to stock systems. Standard aluminum pistons offer superior heat resistance, and the calipers are equipped with high-temperature seals and stainless-steel wear plates. The Supercomp kit includes floating two-piece rotors, measuring 356mm in diameter and 32mm in thickness. The floating design allows the outer rotor section to shift slightly for better self-centering within the caliper, which reduces brake drag and boosts performance through more even pad application. The rotors are available with a unique slot design that effectively reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris more efficiently than conventional designs. For enhanced cooling and performance, rotors are heat-treated and balanced. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures. Installation is facilitated by custom carbon steel caliper brackets, which allow the larger Ksport calipers to bolt directly into the OEM caliper bracket locations. The kit comes standard with NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street driving and occasional track use, while minimizing dust and noise. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also included, preventing line expansion under pressure for a firmer pedal feel and quicker response than rubber lines. This kit is designed to fit 18-inch wheels and above. Ksport big brake kits are built to order, with an estimated production and delivery lead time of 4-6 weeks.
