This kit features robust, one-piece forged aluminum calipers, chosen for their lightweight properties, exceptional strength, and resistance to corrosion. The 8-piston caliper design, standard on 13-inch and 14-inch systems, offers improved pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM designs. This kit utilizes two-piece rotors, available in slotted or cross-drilled options, to provide lightweight, fade-free performance and effective grip. For daily drivers, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Brake Pads, designed for optimal braking performance on the street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise. Additionally, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are included, which eliminate expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. The standard kit includes two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece slotted rotors, a set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, two stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting components and hardware. The included caliper brackets are CNC machined from carbon steel to ensure proper bolt-up to the OEM caliper bracket location. These kits are built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks.
