8 Piston Big Brake Kit w/ 2-Piece Rotors

This kit is designed as a sophisticated bolt-on solution, enhancing brake power particularly under sustained high-heat conditions encountered during spirited driving or track use. Each caliper in the Procomp kit is a one-piece forged construction from aerospace-quality aluminum, ensuring unparalleled strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. The aluminum pistons are protected by heavy-duty, high-temperature seals and work with an opposed-piston design for consistent pad wear and optimal grip. The kit also includes D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. The system utilizes lightweight two-piece rotors, available in either cross-drilled or slotted designs. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use as their grooves help dissipate heat, dust, and gases. Standard SC5 street pads provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track conditions, with an option to upgrade to RCI race pads for extreme track conditions. The kit comes with CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets that allow for direct bolt-on installation to OEM caliper bracket locations. Customization options for caliper color, center bell upgrades, and pad types are available.
