8 Piston Front Big Brake Kit

This kit includes large-diameter, 2-piece vented rotors with a drilled finish, constructed from cast iron for durability. The calipers are a highlight, featuring a 1-piece construction from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring light weight, exceptional strength, and resistance to corrosion. Aluminum pistons are utilized for enhanced heat management and smoother operation. Reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets allow these larger-than-OEM size calipers to bolt directly onto the existing mounting points without modifications. The 2-piece rotor design, incorporating an aluminum center, reduces rotational mass, leading to quicker braking response and shorter stopping distances. This design also minimizes the chance of rotor warpage by allowing for more unrestricted expansion and contraction of the outer iron section. Heavy-duty caliper seals are incorporated for sustained high-temperature racetrack use, and stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under high pressures, ensuring faster pedal response. The minimum wheel diameter required for this kit is 21 inches (533.4mm), with an outside rotor diameter of 16.6 inches (421mm). It is specifically designed for the 2006 Honda S2000 and fits 2WD vehicles only, unless otherwise stated. The kit includes two SuperComp Big Brake Kits.
