8 Piston Front Big Brake Kit

Constructed with precision, the 8-piston calipers are made from a one-piece billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional lightness, strength, and resistance to corrosion. The calipers utilize aluminum pistons for improved heat management and smoother operation. The reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets allow these larger-than-OEM calipers to bolt directly onto existing mounting points, facilitating an easier installation. The 400mm (15.75 inch) diameter, 2-piece vented rotors are made from cast iron with an aluminum center to reduce rotational mass, enhance braking response, and shorten stopping distances. This 2-piece design also helps minimize rotor warpage. Benefits of this kit include an opposed-piston caliper design that greatly improves pad grip and reduces uneven wear. Heavy-duty caliper seals are incorporated for sustained high-temperature racetrack use, and stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure, leading to faster pedal response. The kit requires a minimum wheel diameter of 508mm (20 inches).
