8-Piston Front Big Brake Kit

This system integrates advanced brake technology, including a lightweight, aircraft-quality billet caliper with an extreme 8-piston, differential bore configuration. The caliper weighs just over 5 lbs and features machined protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel wear plates for enhanced durability and performance. This kit utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which minimizes both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating design also prevents thermal stresses from extreme heat from warping the disc. The rotors feature a unique slot design that reduces braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. For enhanced cooling and performance, Ksport offers both cross-drilled and slotted rotor options; slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily-driven vehicles. The stainless steel brake lines resist expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent braking force. The SuperComp kit for the Audi A3 includes 400mm (16-inch) front rotors and an 8-piston caliper, available in red.
