This kit integrates a lightweight, one-piece caliper CNC-machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. The caliper features a differential bore configuration, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. Its opposed-piston design significantly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM components. The kit utilizes a two-piece disc assembly that reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses and prevent warping. The rotors feature a unique slot design that minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. For optimal performance, all rotors are heat-treated and balanced before shipment. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers due to their tendency to run cooler, while slotted rotors are suggested for track-focused vehicles.
