Factory brake systems are often inadequate for vehicles with increased horsepower or those subjected to rigorous motorsport use like circuit racing, drifting, or time attack, leading to brake fade. This big brake kit is an essential upgrade to combat extreme brake temperatures and ensure consistent stopping power.Beyond improved performance, upgrading to this YSR kit offers advantages such as reduced unsprung weight, extended service intervals, and simplified maintenance. The kit features forged billet aluminum split design calipers with anti-rust coating and vented aluminum pistons for superior heat resistance. It includes two-piece rotors available in slotted, drilled, or drilled & slotted configurations, paired with lightweight aluminum center bells. High-performance brake pads, stainless steel braided Teflon brake lines, CNC machined steel caliper mounting brackets, and all necessary installation hardware are provided. The calipers are available in different models, YSCPF8a and YSCPF8b, each with distinct piston configurations. Rotor sizes range from 356mm up to 405mm in diameter.
