8 PT HOOP C/MOLY USE W/C3100

This 8-Point Chrome Molly Rollbar from Competition Engineering (MPN 3154) is designed to increase chassis strength and provide added safety. It is manufactured from 1-3/4" O.D. x .083" wall aircraft-quality AMS-T-6736 chrome moly tubing. The main hoop is mandrel formed and model-specific, and the kit includes tube ends notched for better fit and easier installation. It is NHRA and IHRA approved. Welding is required for installation. Note that two part numbers are required for a complete 8-Point Roll Bar Kit: the main hoop kit (C3154) and a Strut Kit (C3000 for Mild Steel or C3100 for Chrome Moly). The Strut Kits include two rear struts, two front door bars, a main hoop crossbrace, two diagonal hoop supports, six weld joint gussets, and eight 6"x 6", 10 gauge (.134" thick) floor plates.
