This Type-R (single exit) version boasts a main pipe diameter of 80.5mm with a 1.0mm thickness, contributing to its performance characteristics. The entire system, including the main pipe, sub-silencer, silencer, and exit, is constructed with 1.0mm thick titanium, except for the 2.0mm thick flange, all contributing to a total system weight of 6.5kg, significantly lighter than the OEM's 14.75kg. This complete kit includes all necessary hardware for installation, such as bolts and nuts, and comes with Bolt Smooth Paste to aid in preventing seized bolts under heat. The system is designed for the G16E-GTS engine in the GR Corolla GZEA14H model, covering years 2023+ and in some listings as early as 2022. Sound levels are also detailed, with options for sound reducers, showing figures as low as 82db with the ver.2 reducer at 4200rpm and up to 94db without any reducer. Compared to the OEM exhaust, this Tomei muffler offers a substantial upgrade in material and design. The main pipe diameter is larger than the OEM's 70.0mm-64.3mm, and the exit diameter is a wider 115.0mm compared to the OEM's dual 86.14mm or single 164.3mm pipes.
