The Trick Flow® High Performance Flow Matched Fuel Injectors, model TFS-8914080, are designed to deliver precision fuel delivery for performance applications. Each injector features a compact EV14-style body with USCAR connectors and a high impedance design, facilitating a direct, hassle-free installation. The internal components are constructed from stainless steel, ensuring industry-leading atomization and spray patterns with consistent flow, even at very low pulse widths. These injectors are dynamically flow-matched with 100 percent precision, guaranteeing excellent cylinder-to-cylinder balance across a wide range of pulse widths. This meticulous matching process is crucial for improving power production, reducing emissions, and ensuring safe engine operation, especially under high-performance demands. The flow balance has been verified by multiple third-party testing laboratories on various test benches. With a flow rate of 80 lbs./hr. (840 cc/min) at 3 bar/43.5 psi (and 92 lbs./hr. at 4 bar), the TFS-8914080 injectors are compatible with gasoline, methanol, and E85 fuels. They are designed for an 8- to 18-volt operating range and can handle a maximum operating pressure of 100 psi. Full characterization data is provided for simplified programming of stock and standalone ECUs. The set includes necessary o-rings, but it is important to note that some stock General Motors and aftermarket intake manifolds may require a larger diameter o-ring for proper sealing; the TFS-8914080O8 is available for such applications.
