The S&S Diesel LML-80SAC-SET 80% Over Injector Set is designed to enhance fuel flow and upgrade injector quality for 2011-2016 GM 6.6L LML Duramax engines. These injectors feature an improved design and a proprietary nozzle honing process for accurate and consistent nozzle holes. Each nozzle is flow-matched to a 1% variance per set, meeting rigorous OE standards. The injectors are 3% variance flow matched per set, with custom injector specifications adjusted to match nozzle flow rates precisely, including internal modifications (piezo mod). They are manufactured to high-quality standards using industry-leading components and undergo rigorous testing. These injectors are essential for high-performance applications and are built with either brand new or remanufactured Bosch bodies. Core returns are required, with a $150 charge if no core is returned. Custom sizes are available upon inquiry.
