80mm/85mm Throttle Body

The Soler Performance SE-FR3Z-80 is a premium modified, ported, and calibrated throttle body designed to replace OEM part numbers AL3Z9E926A, FR3Z9E926A, and S20175. It is built using brand new OEM Bosch components and features an 80mm bore with an 85mm effective bore. Key features include a porting taper with a velocity stack, sharp leading and trailing edges on the blade, and a 16 Ra microinch diamond-polished surface finish for reduced skin friction. The shaftless design on the high-pressure side of the blade allows for a larger Wide Open Throttle (WOT) flow area. It also includes a self-cleaning throat/flow gap and secured dome and thread-locked screws. This throttle body offers benefits such as a lower weight-to-power ratio for a more nimble driving experience, linearization and smoothing of the power curve for predictable response and crisper shifts, and immediate response right off idle without disturbing idling function. It is designed for applications up to 600 engine horsepower, with a reported WOT flow increase of 13.5% over OEM. Notably, it does not require tuning and is warranty safe, making installation easy.
