The Milltek SSXAU974 is a non-resonated, race particulate filter-back exhaust system engineered for the Audi RS3 Saloon/Sedan 400PS (8Y MQB EVO) model years 2022 and beyond. It features 80mm (3.15-inch) piping with mandrel-bent curves for optimal gas flow, and enlarged bore diameters designed to maximize performance without compromising mid-range torque. This exhaust system undergoes a rigorous acoustic development process to achieve a sporty and crisp tone, while actively preventing NVH, drone, and cabin resonance. It is designed as a direct replacement for the stock exhaust, offering an aggressive, deep sound profile. The "Race Non Resonated (Loudest)" configuration ensures maximum volume. It is important to note that the use of de-cats and sports cats is intended for off-road or motorsport use only and would prevent a vehicle from passing an MOT test. Only EC type-approved components are legal for road use. This specific system is designed for the Saloon/Sedan variant of the 8Y RS3 and may not fit other body styles such as the Sportback.
