The 27WON 80mm Catted Performance Downpipe is a direct bolt-on exhaust upgrade designed to reduce back-pressure and improve performance on your 1.5L turbo 11th Gen Civic or 5th Gen Integra. It features T-304 cast stainless steel flanges and an 80mm bellmouth opening for enhanced turbocharger efficiency and response. The downpipe is TIG welded for durability and includes provisions to reuse OEM heat shields. This downpipe is intended for off-road use only and may illuminate the Check Engine Light (CEL).

The 27WON 80mm Performance Downpipe is engineered to maximize flow for turbocharged engines, offering a significant upgrade over stock components. It features investment cast T304 stainless steel flanges for durability and a 3.125” inlet designed for optimal exhaust gas escape, enhancing turbocharger efficiency and response. The system includes a high-flow 200-cell density metallic foil catalytic converter suitable for street applications, though it may illuminate a Check Engine Light (CEL). Constructed with stainless steel piping and precision TIG welding, this downpipe ensures long-lasting performance. The downpipe is finished in a durable black powder coat. Installation is estimated at 2 hours with a difficulty rating of 4/5, and it comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This downpipe is compatible with the 2016+ Honda Civic 1.5T models (including Sport and Si) and the 2017+ Honda CRV 1.5T models. It also works with the optional factory engine block heater. For off-road use only, note that a CEL may be illuminated. Some modification of heat shields may be required for proper fitment on models outside of the U.S./Canada. A tune is highly recommended for optimal benefits and to prevent CEL issues. The manufacturer also suggests pairing this downpipe with their front-pipe for additional savings and performance.
