The K-Tuned 80mm Throttle Body is a billet aluminum throttle body designed to provide increased airflow for performance-oriented engines. It features a 3.5-inch barb inlet and an adjustable throttle spring tension to suit specific driver preferences.

The K-Tuned 80mm Throttle Body is a high-performance induction component constructed from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, featuring a durable brass throttle blade and a stainless steel throttle shaft. Each shaft seal is leak-tested to 90psi to ensure performance under high-pressure conditions. The throttle body utilizes the 86-93 Ford Mustang 5.0L bolt pattern, allowing for seamless integration with many aftermarket race-style intake manifolds. It includes an adjustable row rotor and a low-profile stainless steel throttle cable bracket for simplified installation. Note that MAP sensor and IACV sensor ports are deleted on this model. For proper operation, K-Tuned throttle cables are required, as stock cables will typically not be the correct length. The unit includes an idle adjustment kit to assist with setup. This throttle body does not include MAP or IACV sensor ports, which are removed to streamline the intake system for racing applications.
