80mm Throttle Body

The K-Tuned 80mm Throttle Body is constructed from durable 6061-T6 billet aluminum, featuring a brass throttle blade and a stainless steel throttle shaft. The shaft seals are leak-tested to 90psi, ensuring reliability. This throttle body utilizes a popular bolt pattern found on the 1986-1993 Ford Mustang 5.0L, making it compatible with many larger aftermarket race-style intake manifolds. Designed for enhanced performance, this throttle body comes standard with a 3.5-inch barb inlet and includes an adjustable idle adjustment kit. The throttle spring tension can be customized to suit driver preference. Both the base and the inlet are O-ring sealed, eliminating the need for additional gaskets. Installation is further simplified with an adjustable row rotor and a low-profile stainless throttle cable bracket. K-Tuned recommends using their throttle cables, as stock cables are often incorrect in length. Note that MAP sensor and IACV sensor ports have been deleted on this model.
