80mm Throttle Body

The K-Tuned 80mm Throttle Body (KTD-TB8-B35) is engineered to enhance airflow for performance-oriented B-Series engine builds. This throttle body boasts an 80mm bore, providing increased air intake volume compared to stock units. Constructed from durable 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this throttle body features a brass throttle blade and a stainless steel throttle shaft, ensuring longevity and smooth operation. The shaft seals are leak-tested to 90psi for reliability. It includes a 3.5" barb inlet and an adjustable idle adjustment kit, allowing for precise tuning. The base and inlet are o-ring sealed, eliminating the need for additional gaskets. Notably, this model omits MAP Sensor and IACV Sensor ports, making it suitable for specific racing or custom applications where these sensors are relocated or not used. K-Tuned recommends using their throttle cables with this throttle body, as stock cables may not be the correct length.
