80mm Throttle Body Upgrade Kit

The Integrated Engineering IEINCG3A throttle body upgrade kit is engineered to unlock the full power potential of your factory supercharger by replacing the restrictive stock throttle body with an 80mm unit. This kit is specifically designed for Dual Pulley Tuned S4, S4, A6, or A7 (non-CREC) 3.0T Supercharged engines, as well as Audi 8R/B8 SQ5 & Q5 3.0T models. It provides a 20% increase in airflow compared to the stock throttle body, helping to eliminate a significant restriction in higher horsepower applications. Constructed from cast aluminum and CNC-machined, the adapter ensures a smooth transition from the larger throttle body to the supercharger inlet, preventing abrupt airflow changes. The kit includes the 80mm throttle body, a plug-and-play harness, a reinforced silicone coupler for IE intake systems, and a direct bolt-in adapter. For a no-modification installation, an IE Cold Air Intake (hard pipe) is required. This upgrade requires matching ECU software to function correctly. IE offers a free tune update for existing IE Stage 2 Dual Pulley owners, and the throttle body update is included with all Dual Pulley tunes purchased. It is also port-matchable for ported superchargers.
