80mm Throttle Body with K-Series TPS

The K-Tuned 80mm Billet Throttle Body is constructed from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, featuring a brass throttle blade and a stainless steel throttle shaft, with shaft seals leak-tested to 90psi. It utilizes the 86-93 Ford Mustang 5.0L bolt pattern, facilitating installation onto larger aftermarket race-style intake manifolds. This throttle body includes a 3.5" barb inlet and an adjustable throttle spring tension for driver customization. The design incorporates o-ring seals for both the base and inlet, negating the requirement for additional gaskets. Installation is simplified with an adjustable rotor and a low-profile stainless throttle cable bracket. Notably, this model deletes MAP Sensor and IACV Sensor ports and now includes an Idle Adjustment Kit. K-Tuned recommends using their throttle cables as stock cables may not be the correct length.
