Description

The CTS Turbo VW KR/PL 1.8 KIT is a high-performance internal engine component engineered for demanding applications, including professional motorsport. Constructed from 2618 T6 high tensile forged aluminum, these pistons offer the superior strength required for extreme conditions such as high compression ratios, significant boost pressure, or extensive nitrous oxide use. The kit features a precise 81.0mm bore and an 86.4mm stroke, resulting in a 8.5:1 compression ratio. These pistons are specifically designed by JE to meet the rigorous demands of competitive environments, ensuring reliability and performance under stress. The dome/dish design requires no deburring or preparation, simplifying installation. Wrist pins, pin fitting, and wire locks are included, along with rings, making this a comprehensive upgrade kit.
