Description

The H&S Motorsports Single Turbo Kit for the 6.7L Powerstroke enhances the 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty, allowing it to support between 700 and 750 WHP. It features an upgraded BorgWarner SX-E turbocharger with a 69mm billet inducer and a 73mm turbine wheel. This design helps achieve lower drive pressure, reduced EGTs (average 200-degree drop in testing), and increased horsepower and torque. The kit includes two USA-engineered exhaust manifolds and a turbo pedestal. A 2-piece downpipe ensures consistent airflow. Installation is made easier with included laser-cut mounting brackets, silicone couplers, and all necessary hardware, seals, and gaskets. BorgWarner SX-E turbocharger units come standard with a 360-degree thrust bearing for reliability.
