The Precision Turbo PIN053-1020 is a universal front-mount air-to-air intercooler rated for up to 825 HP, designed to manage high boost pressures in performance street vehicles. The core utilizes a durable bar and plate design, which offers superior resistance to road hazard damage compared to traditional tube and fin designs. This construction also enhances thermal efficiency, allowing the unit to act as a more effective heat sink during stop-and-go driving conditions. Technical specifications include overall dimensions of 34 1/2" L x 10 1/2" H x 3 1/2" D and air inlet/outlet dimensions of 2 3/4". The intercooler is supplied with contoured cast aluminum end tanks, which feature mounting tabs that are factory-drilled and tapped to accept M8 x 1.25 mounting bolts. As a universal-fit component, this intercooler requires custom fabrication for installation, as end tank configuration and mounting positioning will depend on the specific vehicle chassis.
