The system includes a heavy-duty, powder-coated steel heat shield that works with the factory fresh air scoop to direct cooler air to the high-flow air filter, maximizing cooling effects. The aluminum tube is chosen for its excellent heat dissipation and long-lasting durability. Installation requires no modifications.
