The HPS Performance 827 Series Air Intake Kit (Polish, Part # 827-556P) is engineered for the 2015-2017 Ford Mustang GT V8 5.0L. It provides a free-flowing induction system utilizing a 3-1/2 inch mandrel-bent aluminum tube, designed to replace the restrictive factory air box and enhance airflow. The kit includes a heavy-duty powder-coated steel heat shield to isolate the air filter from engine bay heat, promoting cooler air intake. The included HPS Performance Air Filter is washable, reusable, and manufactured in the USA, featuring a woven cotton element for superior filtration and airflow. This intake delivers dyno-proven performance gains, increasing horsepower by up to +18 whp and torque by +22 ft-lbs, while also improving throttle response. This air intake system is specifically designed for the 2015-2017 Ford Mustang GT V8 5.0L models. Please note that this intake kit is NOT CARB Compliant.
