The HPS Performance Air Intake Kit is engineered to enhance the performance of your 2019-2022 Hyundai Veloster N 2.0L Turbo. This kit replaces the factory airbox with a 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube and a high-flow cotton cone air filter, designed to reduce restriction and improve airflow across the entire RPM range. The heavy-duty, powder-coated steel heat shield helps to isolate the filter from engine heat, ensuring a larger volume of cooler air is drawn into the turbocharger. This intake system is designed for easy bolt-on installation using basic hand tools, typically completing in about 30 minutes. It is constructed with aircraft-grade aluminum tubing and includes HPS Performance washable and reusable air filters, stainless steel hose clamps, and high-temperature reinforced silicone hoses. The open-element design not only improves performance but also delivers a more aggressive induction sound under acceleration. Experience immediate benefits such as sharper throttle response and increased horsepower and torque. Dyno tests show gains of up to 9.3 horsepower and 10.5 lb-ft of torque. This HPS Performance Air Intake Kit is not CARB exempt and is unavailable for purchase or use in California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicle.
