The Bulldog 8288 Comp Winch is a competitive utility winch for off-road use, featuring a powerful 6.8 hp Series Wound Motor, sturdy steel housing, and a narrow drum for tight applications. It has a high-speed 55’ per minute line speed, 75’ premium synthetic rope, and a CNC machined aluminum hawse fairlead. Safety features include a thermal limiting switch to prevent overheating and a green LED feedback light. It has a sealed, 500 amp contactor, automatic mechanical load holding brake, free spooling clutch, and an ergonomic hand control with a 12’ lead. Recommended power source is a 650CCA battery (not included). Comes with wiring and hardware for installation. Backed by a limited lifetime mechanical warranty and a 3-year limited electrical warranty.
