It is tested for safety in accordance with SAE J684 and features a durable high-gloss black powder coat finish with a rust-resistant liquid A-coat. It's suitable for towing various trailers and for use with hitch-mounted cargo carriers or bike racks (not compatible with vertical hanging bike racks). Includes installation hardware.
