Description

The 3M 8428-18 is an 18-inch black EPDM low voltage splice, sold 10 per case. It is designed for compatibility with 500 to 800 kcmil wire sizes and features a voltage rating of 1 kV. This splice meets ANSI C119.1 standards. It accommodates connectors with a maximum outer diameter of 1.94 inches and a maximum length of 14 inches. After heat application, the inner diameter reduces from 1.937 inches to 0.949 inches.
