Description

The Brothers Trucks Long-to-Shortbed Frame Shortening Kit (LTSC38784-87) is designed for 1984-1987 Chevrolet and GMC C10 trucks, converting a long bed frame to a short bed. This kit includes a laser-etched steel template, a high-strength steel inner "C" channel brace, and all necessary hardware for installation. It requires welding and additional components like a short bed gas tank and a shortened driveshaft. This kit is suitable for 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton trucks with a GVW under 8200, and is not compatible with 3/4 ton trucks over 8200 GVW or 1-ton applications.
