84mm Throttle Body

The Garage GAS-84MM-TB-UPGRADE is an 84mm throttle body upgrade designed to provide significant improvements in engine performance, particularly when paired with a ported supercharger. This unit features a 44% larger opening compared to stock throttle bodies, allowing for substantially increased airflow. This throttle body is pre-tapped for Water-Methanol Injection (WMI) systems, simplifying installation by eliminating the need to drill into your existing intake or supercharger. It comes with a billet adapter plate that includes a WMI port, pre-plugged with a 1/8" NPT stainless plug. The kit includes a genuine VDO 84mm throttle body, a billet adapter plate, a wiring harness (pinned for Jackal/APR ECU software), hardware for installation, and a gasket set resistant to fuel, oil, and methanol. A 3.5" coupler is included, with options for other sizes available. Installation requires upgraded throttle body software, and this kit is compatible with major tuning companies' software, including Jackal, APR, 034, and IE (though re-pinning is required for 034 software). The throttle body mounts in the stock location, making it compatible with your existing intake without needing a new purchase, though silicone intakes are not compatible.
