This robust liftgate features a 1600 lb capacity and an aluminum one-piece extruded platform with a 37-inch loading depth and a 6-inch taper. Its hydraulic system boasts dual cylinders and is fully enclosed within the main frame, protecting vital components while allowing for easy maintenance. Safety and operational efficiency are enhanced with a pressure relief valve to prevent overloading, a flow control valve for controlled platform descent, and a moisture-resistant electrical control unit with a 90-second deactivation timer. A 150 Amp circuit breaker and factory-supplied power/ground cable ensure electrical safety and a direct connection to the vehicle's battery. The design also incorporates durable 3/4" hard chrome plated steel parallel arm pins with self-lubricating composite bushings.
