The Grizzly Locker boasts a patented internal design with innovations focused on durability and performance. Its internal gears are made from 8620 alloy, providing exceptional strength. This locker is specifically designed for Ford 9-inch rear ends with 31-spline axles and load bolt housings. Its aggressive design makes it primarily recommended for racing or off-road applications. The unit is assembled in the USA and includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Compatibility is extensive, fitting numerous Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury models from the mid-1950s through the late 1980s, including popular vehicles like the Bronco, F-150, Mustang, and Thunderbird. Specific carrier bearing race numbers LM104949 & LM104911 are required for installation.
