Its patented internal design reduces common locker failures, utilizing 8620 internals for enhanced strength and durability. This unit provides 100% power to both tires, while still allowing for disengagement when navigating turns. This specific model, YGLD44-3-30-JK, is designed for Jeep JK non-Rubicon rear axles with Dana 44, 30 spline configurations. It is assembled in the USA and features an advanced gear tooth design for superior traction and performance. Important technical notes for 2012 and newer applications with stability control: aftermarket ECU tuning will be required to prevent diagnostic trouble codes and limp mode. This unit is drilled for 1/2” ring gear bolts.
