Zumbrota Transfer Cases are meticulously rebuilt to exacting standards. Each unit undergoes a thorough inspection for wear, including cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. The components are treated with an exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and shot-enticed deep cleaning process. Every unit is fully rebuilt with new bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. All finished transfer cases are spun tested to ensure proper shift-ability and noise levels. For safe transport, units are shipped in high-density plastic totes.
