Description

The ARP Pro Series head stud kit offers a robust solution for engine builders seeking superior cylinder head retention. Constructed from cold-forged 8740 chromoly steel, these studs are heat-treated prior to thread rolling and machining to ensure molecular integrity and maximum strength. With a tensile strength of 200,000 PSI and a black oxide finish for corrosion resistance, they provide a reliable fastening solution for high-performance applications. This kit includes ten M10 x 1.25 studs and hardened parallel washers, designed to provide even load distribution and accurate torque readings, crucial for maintaining head gasket seal under demanding conditions. The 12-point nuts offer a secure and reliable connection. The ARP 208-4301 kit is specifically designed for a wide range of Honda D-series engines, including various Acura Integra, Honda Civic, CRX, Del Sol, Domani, and Rover models from the late 1980s through to the early 2000s. Specific applications include 1986-1989 Acura Integra, 1988-1995 Honda Civic Shuttle RT4WD, 1992-1995 Honda Del Sol Si (US), and 1996-2000 Honda Civic EX Coupé, among many others listed in the full application guide.
