88mm Exhaust Tips

Enhance the look of any 997 GT3 or GT3RS' rear-end with these enlarged, lightweight exhaust tips from Shark Werks. With an outer diameter of 88mm, they are larger than the stock 80mm tips, providing a more aggressive visual presence. Manufactured in California using TIG-welded stainless steel, these tips are ceramically heat treated with a satin black finish to maintain an OEM-like fitment and appearance. Installation is straightforward, described as an easy ten-minute bolt-on process. These tips are designed to be compatible with the stock exhaust system, the Shark Werks muffler bypass, and aftermarket exhaust systems that accept factory-style tips, including those on 2010+ GT3 and GT3RS models. Beyond aesthetics, these tips are significantly lighter than stock units, shaving over one pound off the rear of the vehicle. This weight reduction is important, as testing on local tracks has shown that heavier, larger aftermarket tips can put increased stress on exhaust center sections, potentially leading to cracking in high-temperature, high-stress environments.
