89cc Cylinder Heads

The S&S Cycle Super Stock Cylinder Head Kit is a performance upgrade for compatible Harley-Davidson motorcycles, crafted from durable aluminum and finished in a wrinkle black powder coat. These cylinder heads are fully assembled with springs and valves, ready to enhance your engine's performance. The 89cc displacement is optimized for motors over 103" or those using high-compression pop-up pistons, offering improved port flow for immediate gains and potential for future upgrades. However, they do not include rocker arm components or gaskets. For installation, a specific S&S Lower Rocker Box Gasket Kit (0934-4574) is required for both 79cc and 89cc versions. If S&S compression releases (sold separately) are to be used, S&S rocker boxes (PART #90-4110) are mandatory. Important fitment notes include that these heads are not for models with OEM compression releases and accept OE rocker boxes. They are explicitly not compatible with Twin Cooled heads.
