The Fabtech K20392DL is an 8" Basic Lift Kit with Stealth Shocks for the 2005-2007 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD. It provides 8" of lift to clear 37/1250R17 tires and includes 8" Performance Coil Springs, a Block and Add-a-leaf kit, a Trac Bar relocation bracket, Pitman Arm, and Sway Bar brackets.
