The GForce RCAENG-8L90BLK is a lightweight transmission crossmember designed for 1968-1972 A-Body hardtop models. It is manufactured by G Force Performance Products and features a black powder-coated finish.

It is compatible with 8L90E Slip Yoke, 10L80E, and 10L90E transmissions. The GF-GMA Transmission Mount and GF-8L90-A transmission mount adapter are included for proper fitment with these transmissions.

The GForce RCAENG-8L90BLK is a Next Gen lightweight transmission crossmember, newly designed and manufactured by G Force Performance Products. This crossmember offers improved performance while maintaining the quality of original RCAE Crossmembers. It features a durable black powder-coated finish and includes mounting hardware. This crossmember is specifically designed for 1968-1972 A-Body hardtop models, including Chevelle, Malibu, Monte Carlo, GS, Skylark, 442, Cutlass, F85, Grand Prix, GTO, LeMans, Tempest, Special, Sport Wagon, and Vista Cruiser. It is compatible with 8L90E Slip Yoke, 10L80E, and 10L90E transmissions. For a proper fit with the specified transmissions, the GF-GMATM Transmission Mount and the GF-8L90-A transmission mount adapter are included. These components allow for the correct installation of the 8L90e and 10L90e tailshaft housings. It is important to note that this crossmember is for 1968-1972 Hardtops Only and will not fit convertibles or El Caminos with a boxed frame. The distance between the crossmember frame mounting holes is 53-5/8 inches; measure your frame to ensure proper selection.
