The Taylor Cable 64666 is an 8mm High Energy spark plug wire set engineered for 1977-1996 Ford E/F-Series trucks with the 300 4.9L Inline 6 engine. These custom-fit wires replicate OE specifications, ensuring proper length and boot fitment. The construction includes an 8.0mm outer silicone blend jacket, heat-resistant to 600° Fahrenheit, and a silicone inner core for enhanced durability under high under-hood temperatures. Each wire has a 5,000 ohms per foot resistor core designed to deliver more power to the spark plugs, potentially increasing horsepower, torque, and fuel mileage. They feature high-temperature silicone boots and double spring-lock spark plug terminals for a secure connection. The wire sets are available in blue only and are not recommended for CD ignitions.
