The Taylor Cable 8mm Spiro-Pro custom spark plug wire set is engineered to deliver maximum power and reliability for performance-oriented vehicles. These wires are constructed with a 100% silicone inner and outer jacket, providing exceptional heat resistance up to 600 degrees F, ensuring durability even in high-under-hood-temperature environments. The Spiro-Pro design utilizes a carbon resistance core with 5,000 ohms per foot of resistance, which significantly reduces resistance compared to standard wires, facilitating more efficient energy transfer to the spark plugs. This reduction in resistance is crucial for applications utilizing electronic ignitions, onboard computers, stereos, and pit radios, as it also effectively suppresses radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI), preventing disruptions to sensitive electronics. The silicone boots are low-profile and feature grips for secure handling, while double spring locking spark plug terminals ensure a reliable connection.
