8th Gen Short Ram Intake

The K-Tuned 8th Gen Short Ram Intake is a performance intake system featuring a 3-inch primary pipe, engineered for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si. This system utilizes a velocity coupler for a smooth transition to the throttle body, optimizing airflow. Available in both Short Ram and Cold Air configurations, these kits can be easily switched between the two. The intake includes a K-Tuned K24 Upper Radiator Hose to reposition the upper hose, creating necessary space for installation. A specialized battery tray is also included to relocate the battery to the frame rail, further enhancing space within the engine bay. All required hardware and clamps are provided for a complete installation. Installation of this intake system requires an ECU tuner, specifically Flashpro or KTuner. It is important to note that this intake does NOT fit the base model Civic. If using the 3.5-inch pipe option, a MAP-based tune is necessary. The intake comes standard with a coupler for the stock throttle body; an additional coupler may be needed for different throttle body sizes. The battery tie-down is not included with this kit.
