The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2112F-P is a remanufactured complete rear axle assembly designed for 2006-2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab 2WD trucks (excluding SRT10 and models with ESP, featuring a square brake flange). This assembly features a Chrysler 9.25-inch ring gear with a 12-bolt hexagon cover and a 3.91 gear ratio. It includes a posi-traction (limited-slip) differential for improved traction. Each Zumbrota Drivetrain axle assembly undergoes a rigorous rebuilding process to ensure precision and reliability, including thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, such as ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested, with all bearings and seals replaced. Gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correctly set rolling torque for precise setup and longevity. The assembly also undergoes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning to restore components to OEM finish.
