The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-122B-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly for Chrysler 9.25" rear ends. It undergoes a thorough rebuilding process including inspections for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Gears are precisely set for optimal tooth contact, correct rolling torque, and backlash. Axle tubes are inspected to OEM standards. Zumbrota uses a proprietary hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and deep cleaning process. This assembly features a 3.55 gear ratio, 2WD, Posi (Limited Slip Differential - LSD), and ESP compatibility. It does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
