Remanufactured Axle Assembly. Built to high-quality standards. Inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers) are fully inspected and tested. All bearings & seals are replaced. Gears are fully inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns, and correct rolling torque and backlash are set for precise setup and longevity. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness. Utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
