The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-121C is a remanufactured complete axle assembly built to the highest quality standards for precision and reliability. Each assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced with new ones. The gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, measured in inch-pounds for precise setup and extended longevity. Correct gear backlash is set to ensure proper lubrication and quiet operation. This axle assembly features a 9.25-inch ring gear and a 3.92 gear ratio, with a square brake mounting flange and no Electronic Stability Program (ESP) provision. It is designed as a direct replacement for 2006-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD models, excluding SRT10 and Mega Cab variants.
