The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1999D-P is a remanufactured axle assembly engineered for specific Chrysler 9.25" differentials. This axle assembly is rebuilt to exacting standards, ensuring precision and reliability. Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously inspects each unit for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, and carriers, undergo thorough inspection and testing. To guarantee optimal performance and longevity, all bearings and seals are replaced, gears are checked for proper tooth contact patterns and rolling torque, and backlash is precisely set for effective gear lubrication and quiet operation. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process on both internal and external parts. This rigorous cleaning method sets a high standard for remanufactured axle assemblies.
