The Yukon Gear & Axle RAA440-1337A is a remanufactured complete axle assembly, also known as Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assembly (RAA440-1337A). It is designed for GM 9.25" Independent Front Suspension (IFS) applications. This assembly is rebuilt to high-quality standards, with thorough inspection of all components including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. All bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. The axle tubes are inspected for straightness, and the entire assembly undergoes a hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process. This particular assembly features a 3.73 ratio and is designed for 8-lug wheels. It serves as an OEM replacement or upgrade for various heavy-duty Chevrolet and GMC trucks.
