This is a remanufactured complete rear axle assembly by Zumbrota Drivetrain (a brand distributed by Yukon Gear & Axle). It's built to high-quality standards with thorough inspections of all internal components. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The axle tubes are inspected for straightness to OEM specifications, and the housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. The parts undergo a hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting for a clean, OEM finish. Gear patterns are checked for optimal tooth contact, and correct rolling torque and backlash clearance are set for precise setup, longevity, and noise reduction.
